Was contacted by Volvo Teesside once lockdown restrictions were eased to arrange annual service through Volvo service agreement. No problems with car when it went in for Service and 1st MOT, but notice rainbow patterns under car during rain so thought there was an issue with oil leaking, but I’d monitor it. After 6 weeks oil light came on so had it looked at. Volvo are claiming we’ve cracked the sump and will cost in excess of £700 to repair. Car went in fine and came out seriously damaged, will never use again and current arrangement can’t end soon enough. Shame as both cars we’ve had from them have been spot on.

Really disappointing after sales service, which is a shame because i love the XC60 and would buy another...but not from this garage. I purchased a service package with the car, but when my car went for service they had no record of this and told me they only keep records for 6 months!! I had to spend hours trying to prove my case before they 'spoke to volvo' and said it was all fine...
We bought a car from Volvo, Preston Farm. From greeting us on the forecourt to the collection of our car, our salesman Sam Rose was fantastic. We can’t speak highly enough about the service. Sam was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. We would happily buy with them again.
